"Oi humies, you're in Ork lands now. 'Ope you ain't too attached to yer 'eads."
Warlord Gorgutz 'Ead 'Unter iz da biggest and baddest Ork on Kronus, which makes him da biggest and baddest feller on da whole planet. He'z turnin' those stupid feral gitz into real Orks an' leadin' 'em in a massive Waaagh! Dem humies, spikey boyz, puny Eldar, grey skinz, and Shiny Boyz are all gonna get stomped and smashed but good!
Tactics
Never get the Big Horns Wargear. This extra melee weapon has an area of effect and friendly fire, so when attacking enemy troops in a crowd of Boyz and Nobz this weapon will do as much damage to the your own troops as the enemy's. The Red Iron Gob has no such problems though since it doesn't have an aoe, so feel free to pick up that wargear. The Skullz correctly filters out friendly troops to avoid harming your army.
The Mega Blasta Wargear should probably be avoided for the same reason as the Big Horns. Just like the regular Big Mek's Mega Blasta, it does friendly fire in an area of effect so it will also shred your own troops.
Be careful not to let Gorgutz die before you can get an Orky Fort completed. Unlike the other campaign heroes, Gorgutz is based on the Tier 3 Ork hero. Losing him early could lead to his forced absence through much of the remaining fight until you can tech high enough to replace him.
