Steven Jagaczewski, or Murph as we mostly knew him, was a Relic Forums member, former moderator and member of the Space Lords Syndicate who died suddenly and unexpectedly on 15 November 2005.
Being deaf (his first nick was DeafnDumb), Murph was an inspiration for ÜberJumper to prompt Relic to add in captions for the Animatics into Homeworld 2. His name made a cameo as Sgt. Murph in portions of The Outfit.
Murph and Starfisher once raided a Gamestop in ninja headgear to acquire Homeworld 2. They were stopped upon exiting the mall and lectured by security on the dangers of masks in a post-9/11 world, and told that several people had reported suspicious activity in the parking lot. Unfortunately, the pictures of this momentous event have been lost.
Murph's final words to the Relic Community were made in #homeworld:
