This article refers to a building from the game Company of Heroes

The allied base of power. This building produces Engineers, and has some upgrades. You build all your base buildings near this structure. If it is destroyed, it limits your MP and disables command abilities. If your base is destroyed, you will be able to call in off-map engineers to repair it. It has significantly more HP than your other buildings.
