Dark Angel Battalion was a Homeworld armada formed in December of 1999 by the name of DarkFleetDAB. Later moved to other games such as EVE Online
The origin of the Dark Angel Battalion has been lost to history. All that is known is that sometime after the demise of the Crimson Knights and before the launch of Homeworld the Dark Angel Battalion came into being. Over time the Dark Angel Battalion developed into a Homeworld clan to be reckoned.
The true origin of its members is unknown, since they come from all walks of life. There is not hierarchy to subvert. There is no ranking to speak. These things have no place in the DAB; only purest gamers in search of the next victory. This accomplished with true friendship and kindred spirits.
Both Freelance and Guru were the terror of the ladder boards. Soon the Dark Angel Battalion would be counted among them. Specializing in team play primarily, the DAB set upon making a name for themselves. Soon names such as Empire, Spaceman, Sculptured, Tinbender, Debaser, Ender and Tlock – also known as Mulciber, help create the DAB what is has become today. A brother and sister hood of individuals bound by a common interest.
Mike or Mulciber was really a glue that held DAB together with his gentle spirit and love of people. He would get to know you and then always had something to say to everyone that you knew was just for you cause it was something you had talked about. Always lifting your spirit. He loved and nurtured the whole group and he helped with everything he could. He was a very stabablizing person for the DAB in the Dark Days.
