CoH Manpower

Manpower is the primary resource in CoH. All units and buildings require this to be built. Many infantry squads generally require only this, while buildings and vehicles also require fuel. The primary source of MP (Manpower) is your HQ. You also gain MP from controlling territory. There is a small MP upkeep cost for all of your troops. If your HQ is ever destroyed, it significantly reduces your MP intake.
