Rumours are abound of a "Caps Lock" forum created by Dyntheos on the 1st of December 2006. It was allegedly a forum where all posts MUST BE TYPED IN ALL CAPS. THREADS ABOUT BUGGO WERE DISALLOWED, AS ARE POSTS NOT CONTAINING CAPS, ALSO NOVABURN.

It is of course all a mass hallucination of several members of the Relic boards.
